Sasha and I are planning a fashion revolution against the ridiculous prices of designer goods. There is a serious difference between price worthy and hype worthy. While Balmain is the hottest thing this season and hyped up in every magazine and fashion blog in existence– its shoes and clothes are not worthy of the hefty price tag! And this is coming from a major Balmain fan.
I love the studded shoes, love this edgy chain tank but $2635 for a tank top, even with chains is too steep for me. I want to shop and help the economy, I really do and I have the means to do so. But I’m not an idiot! Sorry, will have to pass on Balmain this season until they come to their senses. I can get a fabulous Oscar, Balenciaga or Lanvin dress for this price, not a wife beater/gym style tank top covered in chains.
